Full swing process before attentional focus training - there is a real difference between looking at and seeing your target. Professional golfers disguise poor attentional focus training on course by relying on technical proficiency but under pressure the lack of attentional focus training manifests itself. IF you do not practice these skills on range, they will not be there when needed in competition. For ALL amateur golfers, this explains why great range swings disappear under the pressure of competition on course.
Full swing process after guided attentional focus coaching (emotionally stable and target focused). Notice the change in his attentional focus throughout his entire pre-shot routine?
