Anthony's ATTENTIONAL FOCUS routines (and subsequent physical routines) for both full swing and putting after TOG training are now identical (they WERE very different prior to TOG coaching as seen in the videos).

 

 

Full swing process before training - random attentional focus - there is a real difference between looking at and seeing your target. Many look, few see.

 

 

Full swing process after training - guided attentional focus (emotionally stable and target focused). Can you see the difference?

 

 

Putting process before training - fast and OUTCOME oriented mental routine (head movement at execution impacts putter head path and accuracy).

 

 

Putting process after training - target oriented routine (emotionally stable and target oriented results in a still head at execution - the real benefit of attentional focus)

 

Golf performance can only be experienced when you take control of your mind throughout the entire pre&post shot routine and pass control of your physical actions over to your sub-conscious as you swing and putt. If you can swing clubs efficiently, you are ready to learn how to play golf and discover why it is a VERY different state of mind.
