UK - 1 Day Target Oriented Golf Group Workshop

Paul Hebdon, JLA Walsall Academy Director and Colin Cromack are delighted to present a unique 1 day golf school comprising of a detailed psychology seminar in the morning followed by its practical application out on the range in the afternoon. You will learn HOW to focus your CONSCIOUS mind and build a robust mental procedure for competition.
Target Oriented Golf reveals WHY, WHERE and HOW to focus your CONSCIOUS mind to play your best golf. Do you understand the difference between Attentional and Visual focus today? Is your attention on what you are looking at or what you are thinking about as you swing? Which has priority? What about during the seconds as you prepare in your pre-shot?
Take a moment to observe what developing attentional focus skills looks like in practice:
Before coaching...
After coaching...
There is a lot to understand about the WHY in order to consistently apply the HOW of Target Oriented Golf. Comprehensive theory will be presented in the morning, supported by its direct practical application on range in the afternoon sessions with Paul and Colin.
Each workshop is limited to just 8 students. This ensures the practical coaching is both understood and experienced personally. ALL standards welcome. The better your technical skills and the lower your handicap, the greater your need to acquire these mind skills.

"After spending many years at both the amateur and professional level 'searching' for ways to improve my preparation and play, I feel very fortunate to have been involved with Colin Cromack and the techniques of Target Oriented Golf. Not only have my performances steadily improved as I have continued to learn and apply Colin's theories, I know that I have the support of a person who takes genuine delight in seeing their pupils improve and grow in confidence.
I have found the Target Oriented Golf methods to be a clear constant in a game of variables. Those who play regularly will have an appreciation for the unexpected but with Colin's work, these occurrences have much less effect on performance long term as it allows you to bring yourself back to a balanced, consistent mindset. A feeling of 'starting fresh' with each shot is often talked about in golf psychology but in my personal experience Colin has been the only person who has been able to explain AND show how to immediately get into that state in my practice and when competing.
Through Target Oriented Golf, players of all levels have access to skills that will improve both their performance and enjoyment, whether it be in tournament or social play and I recommend these techniques to anyone serious about their golf."
