I am delighted to offer my half and full day coaching on range programs for individuals in the UK with the full support of Karl Wesson, DOI @ Hampton Court Palace GC. This on range and putting green golf coaching program bridges the gap between technical instruction and golf psychology theory. If you are great on range but inconsistent on course, suffer with putting yips or chipping anxiety or wish to learn how to focus for consistent golf, this coaching has your answers. Attentional focus training is to golf as breathing is to living - fundamental and essential to performance. If you are unable to attend practical coaching sessions with me at Hampton Court GC, remote coaching via skype or phone will help you understand how to build disciplined mental routines for your pre and post shot routines. Simply contact me via skype above or phone for an introductory chat and you can quickly determine why my work will help you improve and enjoy your golf. The structure of the remote training program is detailed here. The first 2 phone sessions will take approximately 60 minutes each and are required to explain the details of attentional focus training and help you embed it within your practice routines effectively. After that it is over to you to practice and provide feedback. You can receive analysis of your pre-shot routines before and after training if you send your videos to me.

3. Discuss with me in person how to improve your attentional focus throughout your routine. 4. Go practice and re-submit your Target Oriented Golf routine for further discussion.
